By inviting and using the Kaanify Discord bot ("Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

Description of Service

Kaanify is a Discord bot that provides music streaming services to Discord servers. The Bot allows users to play music from various platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud.

User Responsibilities

By using the Bot, you agree to:

• Not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Bot's functionality

The Bot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kaanify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kaanify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Bot.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
